TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOUSEHOLD SERVICES TO CONSUMERS
Rozen Clean AB, org. nr. 559084-0467 provides household services such as cleaning and window cleaning.
These general terms and conditions apply between Rozen Clean and a natural person ("the Customer") who orders one or more of the Services from Rozen Clean. Such order can be made by ordering the Services via Rozen Clean's website, by email or by phone. The order/service agreement, together with these general terms and conditions and any other annexes, constitute the agreement between Rozen Clean and the Customer that regulates the terms for Rozen Clean's provision of the Services to the Customer ("the Agreement"). In the event of any conflicts between these general terms and conditions and the order/service agreement (including any annexes), the order/service agreement (including any annexes) shall take precedence over these general terms and conditions.
1. ROZEN CLEAN'S SERVICES
1.1 The Customer orders the Services on a one-off basis according to the current price list, or as a subscription, as indicated in the agreement via email or phone.
2. ROZEN CLEAN'S COMMITMENTS
2.1 Rozen Clean shall perform the Services in accordance with the Agreement. The Services shall be performed with care and in a professional manner. Rozen Clean's staff shall have the necessary training to perform the Services and Rozen Clean holds the permits required to perform the Services based on customer-provided information.
2.2 If it is specifically agreed that certain designated personnel shall perform the Services, Rozen Clean will do its best to achieve this. In the event of illness or other absence, Rozen Clean has the right to replace such designated personnel with other personnel.
3. CUSTOMER'S COMMITMENTS
3.1 The Customer shall ensure that Rozen Clean has access to the premises, as well as the equipment and materials required for Rozen Clean to perform the Services in accordance with the Agreement. This may involve the Customer providing cleaning equipment (such as a suitable vacuum cleaner with attachments), keys and access codes, and information on how Rozen Clean can access the area where the Services are to be performed. If Rozen Clean is to provide equipment or materials according to the Agreement, Rozen Clean has the right to charge for this separately.
3.2 The Customer shall continuously inform and consult with Rozen Clean's staff about conditions that Rozen Clean may need to be aware of in order to perform the Services. The Customer shall especially inform about the presence of valuable and/or fragile items and materials and how such items and materials should be handled, as well as existing wiring and material choices in the Customer's home that may be relevant to Rozen Clean's performance of the Services.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for keeping their information up to date throughout the contract period.
3.4 Rozen Clean can, at the Customer's written request, return keys to the Customer by registered mail or otherwise. Such return is, however, entirely at the Customer's risk and Rozen Clean bears no responsibility in this regard.
3.5 The Customer shall ensure that Rozen Clean's staff is provided with a good and safe working environment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations when performing the Services.
4. ROZEN CLEAN'S RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES
4.1 Rozen Clean has the right to unilaterally refuse to perform the Services if special reasons exist. Special reasons include, for example, if the Customer or members of the Customer's household do not behave respectfully towards Rozen Clean's staff, if the equipment or materials provided by the Customer are not suitable for the purpose, if the Customer cannot guarantee a good and safe working environment for Rozen Clean's staff, or if there are circumstances of such a nature that Rozen Clean deems that there are no reasonable conditions to perform the Services in accordance with the Agreement.
5. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
5.1 The Customer has the right to reschedule or cancel the performance of a Service free of charge, provided that such rescheduling or cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the Service was to be performed.
5.2 If cancellation occurs later than 24 hours before the Service was to be performed, the Customer will be charged 100 percent of the cost for the relevant Service occasion.
5.3 If the Customer wishes to terminate the service, Rozen Clean must be notified of this via email to info@rozenclean.se. Termination must occur more than 24 hours before the next cleaning.
6. PRICES AND FEES
6.1 Prices and any fees for the Services are specified in the Agreement or, if no specific price is agreed, Rozen Clean's price list published on our website at https://www.rozenclean.se/priser applies. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT and after the RUT deduction.
6.2 Rozen Clean has the right to make adjustments to agreed prices based on developments in the consumer price index (CPI), wage adjustments for employees, other changes in Rozen Clean's cost base, law, government decisions, taxes, duties, or other public charges, as well as similar situations affecting the price of the Services. Price adjustments shall be communicated to the Customer at least one (1) month in advance via email newsletter.
6.3 If the Customer increases the scope of the Services during the contract period or if Rozen Clean is forced to take unforeseen measures to fulfill its commitments when performing the Services, Rozen Clean has the right to charge the Customer for the extra work performed.
7. RUT DEDUCTION
7.1 The Customer can utilize the RUT deduction regarding the Services, if and to the extent that the RUT deduction is applicable. Rozen Clean complies with the laws and regulations for the RUT deduction that are applicable from time to time.
7.2 The Customer shall inform Rozen Clean if the Customer does not intend to utilize the RUT deduction.
7.3 If the Customer does not pay their invoice on time to Rozen Clean, despite reminders, and the claim is forwarded to a Collection Service or to the Enforcement Authority, Rozen Clean has the right to charge for the total cost of the service without the RUT deduction and statutory late fees and charges.
7.4 If the Tax Agency for any reason does not approve the payment of the requested amount, Rozen Clean has the right to charge the Customer the corresponding amount.
