Important pages that we want you to read thoroughly are the ones about cleaning supplies, detergent, and materials. This is to ensure you gain a good understanding of the tools we can and cannot use in customers' homes, allowing you to do the best possible job and avoid causing any damage in the customers' homes.

Contact the office

When communicating with the office, we would like you to primarily send an email to office@rozenclean.se. This applies to sick leave, leave requests, keys, damage at a customer’s location, and other inquiries.

It is important to follow this routine because several people work in the office, and we work different hours. We may also be sick or on leave, so email is the preferred method of contact with the office. Please do not send text messages to individual staff members.

If you need to contact the office quickly, you can call us during office hours, 07:30–16:30, at 010-330 81 92.
