At the office

At Rozen Clean's office, we work to manage the daily operations. Out on the field, we have around 100 employees who together carry out approximately 200 cleanings per day.

At the office, we answer around 100 emails daily and receive calls from both customers and employees. Every month we get about 50 new customers, where we ensure to find a suitable time in the schedule. We are also responsible for scheduling and manage changes in case of rescheduling and cancellations.

In addition, we conduct several interviews a week, as we continuously need to hire new cleaning staff.
