We offer our customers several different cleaning services, such as;

Recurring home cleaning

In recurring home cleaning, you are responsible for your own customers, whom you work at every week, every other week, or every fourth week. You will be responsible for approximately 10-20 customers.

For all new customers of Rozen Clean interested in recurring home cleaning, we always start with a trial cleaning at their home. Read more about the trial cleaning further down the page.

During recurring home cleaning, we clean the areas we can reach without using a ladder. See the list below for the tasks we perform in different rooms.

The customer has the option to add special requests, such as changing bed linens, laundry, and ironing. This time should be allocated in addition to the cleaning. If the customer asks you to do anything extra, please inform the office so we can update the instructions for that customer in TimeWave/schedule and assess if you need more time.

Trial cleaning

During the first visit to a new customer, we perform a trial cleaning, which gives us the opportunity to demonstrate to the customer that we are a cleaning company of high quality. The trial cleaning usually takes longer than the recurring cleaning will do. If the customer is satisfied with the trial cleaning and wants to continue, they will become your customer, and we can retain them for several years to come. It’s important that we do a great job during the trial cleaning so that we can successfully bring in the customer together!

Tasks included in recurring home cleaning

Here, you can read about what needs to be cleaned in each room during every cleaning session in each room.

We wipe off:

All open surfaces such as tables, shelves, window sills, etc., that the cleaner can reach
Baseboards and floor lists
Lamps and electrical outlets
Picture frames and mirrors
Door frames, door handles, and light switches

We clean:

Vacuum the sofa and armchairs, including above and under the cushions
Vacuum rugs (we do not lift larger rugs)
Vacuum and mop the floor
Fluff cushions
In the bedroom, we make the beds (changing the bed linens if clean sheets are provided on the bed).

We wipe off:

Tiles above the sink
Kitchen cabinets outside
Outside of fridge and freezer, including coffee makers, toasters etc.
Lamps (accessible)
All open surfaces such as tables, shelves and windowsills, etc. where the cleaner reaches
Doors, frames and lists

We clean:

Sink and taps
Carpets with vacuum cleaner
Floors with vacuum cleaner and mop
Put the dish to the dishwasher (if desired)
Empty the garbage and wipe the space under the sink where the rubbish is placed

We wipe off:

Vanity, countertops, shelves, lamps, and other open surfaces that the cleaner can reach
Toilet, bathtub, and sink to remove stains
Tiles around the sink, bathtub, and shower
Water taps and pipes
Shower glass walls
Mirrors

We clean:

Drain cover (top surface)
Vacuum rugs
Vacuum and mop the floor
Empty trash bin

Ironing of shirts (estimate around 10 minutes per shirt)
Cleaning the oven interior (approximately 1 hour)
Cleaning the refrigerator interior (approximately 1 hour)

The customer should contact the office at info@rozenclean.se to order these additional services. The time required for these services will be added on top of the regular cleaning time for the customer’s home.

Minimum time that we work at the customer is 2 hours

These hours are estimates that usually correct. Two homes of the same size may, of course, take different amounts of time depending on whether they are newly built or an older house, the condition of the surfaces, and how many items are left out, etc. If you have difficulty estimating the time needed, you can ask your team leader for assistance.

Deep cleaning

Deep cleaning is a significantly more extensive and time-consuming process than recurring home cleaning. All visible surfaces are cleaned from floor to ceiling. In larger residences, you will often work with one or more colleagues to complete the job in a single day. When we do deep cleaning we stay until we are done with the cleaning.

We wipe off:

All open surfaces such as tables, bookshelves, window sills, and on top of cabinets using a ladder
Baseboards and floor moldings
Lamps and electrical outlets
Picture frames and mirrors
Door frames, door handles, and light switches

We clean:

Vacuum the sofa and armchairs, including above and under the cushions
Vacuum rugs, roll up rugs, and vacuum/mop underneath
Vacuum and mop the floor

We wipe and dust surfaces as:

Tiles above the sink
Kitchen cabinet doors on the outside and the tops of kitchen cabinets
Appliances on the outside, including coffee makers, toasters, kettles, etc.
Dining table and chairs
Lamps
All open surfaces such as tables, shelves, and window sills using a ladder
Doors, frames, and floor lists

We clean:

Sink and taps
Stove fan, filters, and glass shield
Vacuum rugs, roll up rugs, and vacuum/mop underneath
Vacuum the floor and mop with a lightly dampened mop
Empty the trash and wipe out the space under the sink where the trash is thrown away

We wipe and dust surfaces as:

Vanity, countertops, shelves, lamps, and other open surfaces using a ladder
Toilet, bathtub, and sink to remove stains
Tiles around the sink, bathtub, and shower
Water taps and pipes
Glass walls in the shower
Lamps and electrical outlets
Mirrors

We clean:

Drain cover (top surface)
Vacuum rugs
Vacuum and mop the floor
Empty trash bin

We do not wipe walls and ceilings with a damp cloth due to the risk of color variations occurring

Window cleaning, performed by our window cleaners
Cleaning the oven interior (approximately 1 hour)
Cleaning the refrigerator interior (approximately 1 hour)

Move-out cleaning

There are clear requirements for how a home should be cleaned during move-out cleaning. Every millimeter of the property must be cleaned. Window cleaning is always included in a move-out cleaning performed by our window cleaners.

We clean:

Refrigerator and freezer, out- and inside.The freezer must be defrosted by the customer
Oven, inside and outside (including trays). If possible, also under the oven, provided the customer has pulled out the stove/oven
Dishwasher, out- and inside
Kitchen hood and vents, out- and inside
Fixtures/lighting should be disassembled and washed
Wiping and drying of cabinets, drawers, and countertops
Floors, lists, outlets, doors, frames, windowsills, and radiators

We clean:

Toilet, bath and shower cabin/bathtub (Front of bathtub dismantled and reassembled by the customer)
Tiled walls
Floor drains and vents
Fixtures and lighting
Storage spaces
Washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet

We clean:

Floors
Baseboards
Outlets
Doors
Door frames
Window sills
Blinds
Radiators
Wardrobes, in- and outside

Cleaning behind appliances such as the refrigerator, freezer, stove, washing machine, and dryer. We only clean behind appliances if they are pulled out and replaced by the customer
We do not clean walls and ceilings, that is to avoid the risk of color differences or paint peeling. We only dust the walls

Office / commercial cleaning

We provide regular cleaning services for many different types of businesses like offices, stores, or warehouses. We primarily clean for small and medium-sized companies.

Tasks included in office cleaning

Wipe tables and desks
We empty wastebaskets, clean, and replace liners
Vacuum
Mop the floor (dry & wet)
Clean whiteboards
Wipe glass surfaces if visibly dirty
Remove other trash (newspapers, cups, etc.)

Window Cleaning

Performed by our professional window cleaners. Our window cleaning includes cleaning window frames and sills to create a cleaner appearance and ensure that the cleaning lasts longer.
