Your salary is paid the following month on the 25th of each month. For example, the hours you worked in June will be paid out in July. You will receive your payslip via Fortnox, where you can download it as a PDF.
Salaries are reviewed for increases every May. We have an individual salary policy at Rozen Clean, which means that if you perform well, you will receive higher pay more quickly. All salary increases will be evaluated based on how well you have met our salary criteria.
You will get an e-mail from the office where we will go through your evaluated performance and based on them potentially your new higher salary or give you feedback what you need to improve to increase your salary. Everyone will of course keep the existing salary; this process is only for salary increases.
Remember that all salaries are confidential and are not to be shared with others. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this.

When you have been working for us for six months, you are entitled to a wellness allowance of 3,000 SEK per year. The allowance is intended to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle and can be used for approved wellness activities according to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules, such as exercise, sports, and other health-promoting activities.
To receive reimbursement for your wellness allowance, send your receipt via email.
Here's how:
Reimbursement is paid via salary and is valid up to a maximum of 3,000 SEK per year.
If you have questions, feel free to contact the office!
The wellness allowance can only be used to cover the fee for the activity itself. This could include gym memberships, entry fees, course fees, track fees, fishing permits, or lift passes. However, the Swedish Tax Agency does not consider the wellness allowance to be applicable for paying personal membership fees in clubs or other associations. Costs for licences, driving licences, diplomas, and similar are also not covered by the wellness allowance.
