Sick leave notification
When you become sick, you must inform us at office@rozenclean.se as soon as possible, preferably before 7 o'clock in the morning. Please specify the reason for your absence.
If you know by the afternoon of the day you are at home that you will be staying home or returning to work the following day, please inform the office preferably before 16.00.
Notify us day by day until you are well again. If we do not hear from you, we expect you to work that day.
Policy regarding sick leave
In case of illness after day 7
- If you are still sick after 7 calendar days, you need to see a doctor and obtain a medical certificate
- The medical certificate you receive from your doctor should be sent to the office at office@rozenclean.se. If the medical certificate is not received by the employer after the seventh calendar day, we as the employer cannot pay sick pay after day seven
In case of illness after day 14
- If you are on sick leave for 14 days or more, you, as an employee, should contact a doctor for a medical certificate. This certificate should be sent to your employer at office@rozenclean.se, and you should also submit this medical certificate to the Försäkringskassan.
In case of high sick leave
- If you have been sick on six or more occasions within a short period, the HR representatives will schedule a meeting where you will discuss your health condition and any work tasks that may be affecting your health.
- If you have been sick on seven or more occasions within a 12-month period, HR will schedule a meeting to discuss your health condition and notify you about the requirement for a first-day medical certificate. This means that during your next illness, you, as an employee, will need to see a doctor from day one and obtain a medical certificate, which should be sent to your employer at office@rozenclean.se. If the certificate is not received by the employer when you have been informed of the decision regarding the first-day medical certificate, the employer may consider the absence invalid.
- If you have been sick on eight or more occasions within a 12-month period, HR will schedule a meeting to discuss your health condition and inform you that you, as an employee, should apply for special high-risk protection (Högriskskydd) with Försäkringskassan. This decision allows the employer to apply for financial support for your sick pay costs.
