Write the customer number on a keyring, e.g. #563. You can find the customer number in TimeWave next to the customer's name. NOTE! Never ever write the customer's name or address on the keyring
Attach the keyring to the key
Photograph the key so that the customer number is clearly visible
Don't forget to bring the key when you are going to the respective customer
Alarm
If the customer has an alarm in their home that they want us to use
Turn it off when you arrive
It's important to set the alarm when you leave if the customer is not home
You can find the code in TimeWave.
Follow the alarm instructions to ensure it is handled correctly.
If the customer provides you with a new alarm code, it is important that you inform the office so it can be updated in TimeWave
Door codes
For apartment buildings and entrance doors with a gate or door code instead of a key, you can find the code in TimeWave. If you cannot see the code in your schedule, contact the office so we can enter the correct code and make it visible.
If the customer gives you a new gate code, it is important that you inform the office so it can be updated in TimeWave
Sometimes there is an entryphone for an apartment building, then look up the customer's name and ring the entryphone
You must never give out alarm and gate codes to anyone not working at Rozen Clean.
